Cher has just sold her 4,000-square-foot duplex condominium unit in the storied Sierra Towers building in West Hollywood, Calif. in a private transaction for $5,500,000.
Cher bought the 26th- and 27th-floor units in 2006 from actor-director Vincent Gallo for $3 million. She also has her 13,126-square-foot mansion on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Calif. informally on the market for a whopping $41 million. That’s down from the $45 million that she once asked for it. She built that mansion in 1999 on a 1.72-acre bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean after buying the land for it in 1992.
In addition, Cher is asking $1,899,500 for a three-bedroom, 2,250-square-foot house in Venice, Calif. that her son has occupied. Features in the totally remodeled house near Abbot Kinney in Venice include 2-1/2 baths, high ceilings, sliding glass walls, top-of-the-line finishes throughout, a master suite with a fireplace and a large walk-in closet, and a rooftop deck with a built-in barbecue, sink and refrigerator. Cher paid $1,542,500 for the house in 2010.
It’s not yet known who bought the Sierra Towers duplex from Cher.
